GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sinking of a well on Government land by owners of a well on Government land under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a well on Government land carrying on the sinking of a well on Government land shall furnish Form 14 to the Settlement Officer within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a well on Government land carrying on the sinking of a well on Government land shall make an application in Form 14 to the Settlement Officer within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sinking of a well on Government land is undertaken, and the Settlement Officer shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
