GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The business of a commission agent in a market by commissions agent in a market under the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation and Development) Act, 1966, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Agricultural Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every commission agent in a market carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market shall furnish Form H to the Seed Certification Agency within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every commission agent in a market carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market shall make an application in Form H to the Seed Certification Agency within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a commission agent in a market is undertaken, and the Seed Certification Agency shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Karnataka.
