GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of an inam by inamdars under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every inamdar carrying on the holding of an inam shall furnish Form 5 to the Tahsildar within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every inamdar carrying on the holding of an inam shall make an application in Form 5 to the Tahsildar within seven days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of an inam is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
