GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land under the Goa, Daman and Diu Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1964, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Village Accountant, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall furnish Form 7 to the Land Tribunal within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 7 to the Land Tribunal within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the grazing of cattle on Government waste land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Goa.
