GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The running of a residential facility by operators of a residential facility under the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2018, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a residential facility carrying on the running of a residential facility shall furnish Form VII to the Rehabilitation Council within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a residential facility carrying on the running of a residential facility shall make an application in Form VII to the Rehabilitation Council within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a residential facility is undertaken, and the Rehabilitation Council shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra.
