GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of insecticides by manufacturers of insecticides under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Seed Inspector, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer of insecticides carrying on the manufacture of insecticides shall furnish Form F to the Market Committee within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer of insecticides carrying on the manufacture of insecticides shall make an application in Form F to the Market Committee within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of insecticides is undertaken, and the Market Committee shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Punjab.
