GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The retail vend of liquor by retail vendors under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Superintendent, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every retail vendor carrying on the retail vend of liquor shall furnish Form H to the Excise Appellate Authority within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every retail vendor carrying on the retail vend of liquor shall make an application in Form H to the Excise Appellate Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the retail vend of liquor is undertaken, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
