GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The possession of land by persons in possession of land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall furnish Form 2 to the Tahsildar within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall make an application in Form 2 to the Tahsildar within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the possession of land is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Telangana.
