GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The receipt of grants by grantees under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Controller of Accounts, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall furnish Form GFR 12-A to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall make an application in Form GFR 12-A to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the receipt of grants is undertaken, and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
