GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The imparting of education through open learning by operators of an open school under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director of Education, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an open school carrying on the imparting of education through open learning shall furnish Form B to the Commission within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an open school carrying on the imparting of education through open learning shall make an application in Form B to the Commission within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the imparting of education through open learning is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Gujarat.
