GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: Dealing in excisable articles by dealers under the Uttar Pradesh Excise Act, 1910, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Commissioner of Excise, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer carrying on dealing in excisable articles shall furnish Form F to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer carrying on dealing in excisable articles shall make an application in Form F to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which dealing in excisable articles is undertaken, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
