GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a residential facility by operators of a residential facility under the Tamil Nadu Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Seats) Act, 1994, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the District Magistrate, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a residential facility carrying on the running of a residential facility shall furnish Form II to the State Commissioner within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a residential facility carrying on the running of a residential facility shall make an application in Form II to the State Commissioner within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a residential facility is undertaken, and the State Commissioner shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
