GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of West Bengal, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 3 to the Collector within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 3 to the Collector within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of West Bengal.
