GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The raising of plants in a nursery by nursery growers under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Insecticide Inspector, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every nursery grower carrying on the raising of plants in a nursery shall furnish Form C to the Board within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every nursery grower carrying on the raising of plants in a nursery shall make an application in Form C to the Board within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the raising of plants in a nursery is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Punjab.
