GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a cinema by operators of a cinema within the municipal limits under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a cinema within the municipal limits carrying on the running of a cinema shall furnish Form D to the Corporation within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a cinema within the municipal limits carrying on the running of a cinema shall make an application in Form D to the Corporation within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a cinema is undertaken, and the Corporation shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
