GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The offering of online games by online gaming operators under the Kerala Sports Act, 2000, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Chaperone, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall furnish Form D to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall make an application in Form D to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the offering of online games is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Kerala.
