GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The making of complaints by complainants under the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inquiry Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every complainant carrying on the making of complaints shall furnish Form A to the Lokayukta within five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every complainant carrying on the making of complaints shall make an application in Form A to the Lokayukta within five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the making of complaints is undertaken, and the Lokayukta shall dispose of it within five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Karnataka.
