GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use by person converting agricultural lands under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person converting agricultural land carrying on the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use shall furnish Form 5 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person converting agricultural land carrying on the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use shall make an application in Form 5 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
