GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The working of an organisation for persons with disabilities by registered organisations under the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2018, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Certifying Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered organisation carrying on the working of an organisation for persons with disabilities shall furnish Form IV to the Government of Maharashtra within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every registered organisation carrying on the working of an organisation for persons with disabilities shall make an application in Form IV to the Government of Maharashtra within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of an organisation for persons with disabilities is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra.
