GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The execution of defence works by contractors for defence works under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the commanding officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor for defence works carrying on the execution of defence works shall furnish Form C to the Director-General within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for defence works carrying on the execution of defence works shall make an application in Form C to the Director-General within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of defence works is undertaken, and the Director-General shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
