GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of denatured spirit by manufacturers of denatured spirit under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Superintendent, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer of denatured spirit carrying on the manufacture of denatured spirit shall furnish Form D to the Collector within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer of denatured spirit carrying on the manufacture of denatured spirit shall make an application in Form D to the Collector within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of denatured spirit is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
