GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a swimming pool by operators of a swimming pool under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a swimming pool carrying on the running of a swimming pool shall furnish Form G to the Sports Authority within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a swimming pool carrying on the running of a swimming pool shall make an application in Form G to the Sports Authority within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a swimming pool is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Telangana.
