GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of land by landholders under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 1 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 1 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
