GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The working of a brewery by brewers under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Commissioner of Excise, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall furnish Form H to the Excise Appellate Authority within ten days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall make an application in Form H to the Excise Appellate Authority within ten days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a brewery is undertaken, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within ten days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Excise Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
