GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The business of a money changer by money changers under the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1962, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Development Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every money changer carrying on the business of a money changer shall furnish Form FC-4 to the Export Inspection Council within one hundred and eighty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every money changer carrying on the business of a money changer shall make an application in Form FC-4 to the Export Inspection Council within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a money changer is undertaken, and the Export Inspection Council shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Maharashtra.
