GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The submission of accounts for audit by auditees under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Internal Auditor, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall furnish Form GFR 25 to the Directorate of Treasuries within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall make an application in Form GFR 25 to the Directorate of Treasuries within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the submission of accounts for audit is undertaken, and the Directorate of Treasuries shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Rajasthan.
