GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The execution of canal works by contractors for canal works under the Karnataka Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) Act, 2011, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Ground Water Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor for canal works carrying on the execution of canal works shall furnish Form G to the Tribunal within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for canal works carrying on the execution of canal works shall make an application in Form G to the Tribunal within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of canal works is undertaken, and the Tribunal shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Water Resources Department, Government of Karnataka.
