GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The safety of a school building by owners of a school building under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Fire Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall furnish Form B to the National Executive Committee within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall make an application in Form B to the National Executive Committee within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the safety of a school building is undertaken, and the National Executive Committee shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
