GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The business of a co-operative society by co-operative societies under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Insecticide Inspector, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall furnish Form F to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall make an application in Form F to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a co-operative society is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Punjab.
