GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade by owners of a dangerous or offensive trade under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Ward Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a dangerous or offensive trade carrying on the carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade shall furnish Form C to the Director of Municipal Administration within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a dangerous or offensive trade carrying on the carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade shall make an application in Form C to the Director of Municipal Administration within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade is undertaken, and the Director of Municipal Administration shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
