GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The business of a real estate agent by real estate agents under the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Registrar, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall furnish Form B to the Housing Board within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall make an application in Form B to the Housing Board within seven days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a real estate agent is undertaken, and the Housing Board shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
