GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall furnish Form 1 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 1 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the survey of land is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Odisha.
