GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sinking of a well on Government land by owners of a well on Government land under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a well on Government land carrying on the sinking of a well on Government land shall furnish Form 12 to the Board of Revenue within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a well on Government land carrying on the sinking of a well on Government land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Board of Revenue within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sinking of a well on Government land is undertaken, and the Board of Revenue shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
