GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The conduct of examinations by examination centres under the Maharashtra Universities Act, 2016, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Education Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every examination centre carrying on the conduct of examinations shall furnish Form B to the Council within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every examination centre carrying on the conduct of examinations shall make an application in Form B to the Council within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of examinations is undertaken, and the Council shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Maharashtra.
