GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sinking of a well on Government land by owners of a well on Government land under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a well on Government land carrying on the sinking of a well on Government land shall furnish Form 3 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a well on Government land carrying on the sinking of a well on Government land shall make an application in Form 3 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sinking of a well on Government land is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
