GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: Service as a civil defence volunteer by civil defence volunteers under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Collector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every civil defence volunteer carrying on service as a civil defence volunteer shall furnish Form D to the National Authority within three days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every civil defence volunteer carrying on service as a civil defence volunteer shall make an application in Form D to the National Authority within three days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which service as a civil defence volunteer is undertaken, and the National Authority shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
