GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land under the Gujarat Agricultural Lands Ceiling Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall furnish Form 1 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 1 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the grazing of cattle on Government waste land is undertaken, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Gujarat.
