GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The conduct of a pilgrimage by organisers of a pilgrimage under the Kerala Tourism (Conservation and Preservation of Areas) Act, 2005, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registering Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every organiser of a pilgrimage carrying on the conduct of a pilgrimage shall furnish Form VIII to the Director General within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every organiser of a pilgrimage carrying on the conduct of a pilgrimage shall make an application in Form VIII to the Director General within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of a pilgrimage is undertaken, and the Director General shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Kerala.
