GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Naib Tahsildar, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall furnish Form 3 to the Settlement Officer within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 3 to the Settlement Officer within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the survey of land is undertaken, and the Settlement Officer shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Telangana.
