GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of trust property on lease by lessees of trust property under the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall furnish Form B to the Charity Commissioner within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall make an application in Form B to the Charity Commissioner within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of trust property on lease is undertaken, and the Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Odisha.
