GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of goods for export by export oriented units under the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1962, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Development Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every export oriented unit carrying on the manufacture of goods for export shall furnish Form ANF-2A to the Director General within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every export oriented unit carrying on the manufacture of goods for export shall make an application in Form ANF-2A to the Director General within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of goods for export is undertaken, and the Director General shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra.
