GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The sale of insecticides by dealers in insecticides under the Maharashtra Agricultural Lands (Ceiling on Holdings) Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall furnish Form B to the Government of Maharashtra within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Maharashtra within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of insecticides is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Maharashtra.
