GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of an inam by inamdars under the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Tahsildar, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every inamdar carrying on the holding of an inam shall furnish Form 14 to the Collector within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every inamdar carrying on the holding of an inam shall make an application in Form 14 to the Collector within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of an inam is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Odisha.
