GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Participation in competitions by athletes under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every athlete carrying on participation in competitions shall furnish Form F to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every athlete carrying on participation in competitions shall make an application in Form F to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which participation in competitions is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Telangana.
