GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The making of complaints by complainants under the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the First Appellate Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every complainant carrying on the making of complaints shall furnish Form B to the Central Information Commission within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every complainant carrying on the making of complaints shall make an application in Form B to the Central Information Commission within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the making of complaints is undertaken, and the Central Information Commission shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Karnataka.
