New Delhi, dated the 23rd March, 2023

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall furnish Form C to the National Authority within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall make an application in Form C to the National Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of an early warning system is undertaken, and the National Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Environment Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
