Hyderabad, dated the 14th February, 2023

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The officiating at competitions by registered match officials under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall furnish Form G to the Sports Tribunal within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall make an application in Form G to the Sports Tribunal within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the officiating at competitions is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Telangana.
