GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The production of agricultural produce by producers under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Insecticide Inspector, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every producer carrying on the production of agricultural produce shall furnish Form F to the Government of Punjab within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every producer carrying on the production of agricultural produce shall make an application in Form F to the Government of Punjab within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the production of agricultural produce is undertaken, and the Government of Punjab shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Punjab.
