GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Fire Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall furnish Form D to the Relief Commissioner within three days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form D to the Relief Commissioner within three days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the Relief Commissioner shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
