GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The operation of a teleport by operators of a teleport under the Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1953, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Authorised Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a teleport carrying on the operation of a teleport shall furnish Form III to the Board of Film Certification within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a teleport carrying on the operation of a teleport shall make an application in Form III to the Board of Film Certification within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a teleport is undertaken, and the Board of Film Certification shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Maharashtra.
